Basically, the measuring and fitting is 1visit. You will don't need to come to my work shop again if there is no problem with the fitting of the sample boots.

“Order flow”
1.Measurements and fitting
After measurements, we will check your fitting by the sample boots. If you have any problem with fitting. we will explain the option of fitting systems.

2.quote
Once you have determined the contents of the order, we will quote the total amount of boots and please pay us 50% of total amount of boots as deposit.

You may use credit card payment.

3.delivery
After completion of your boots, please pay us the balance, we will send your boots to your address.
In addition, shipping costs will be charged.

Please note: Now, delivery time is three years.
*Delivery time may be further extended depending on order status.

【LEATHER】
　植物タンニン鞣し革。繊維が密でハリとコシがあります。オイルワックスをじっくりと染込ませているので、当初は硬さがありますが、次第に馴染んでいく素材です。じっくりと染込ませたオイルワックスにより色艶と共に光沢が増していく独特なエイジングが愉しめます。
Minerva Liscio is a rich vegetable tanned leather from an artisanal tannery in Tuscany. Minerva Liscio leather is smooth with a rich aroma and great aging properties.
The fibers are dense . It is impregnated with oil wax thoroughly, so it has a stiffness at the beginning, but with wear, the material will gradually fit to your shape as you wear it.
It also has the wonderful effect of increasing its luster with each use.

【CONSTRUCTION】
底付けは屈曲性に優れ、ソール張替えも可能なステッチダウン製法。
For the bottoming process, a stitch-down method is used that has excellent flexibility and can be resoled.

【LAST】
　靴の要である木型は、踵〜内外踏まずにかけてのフィット感を高め、踵をしっかりとホールドし疲れにくい構造に設計。
The last, the keystone of the boots, is designed to improve the fit between the heel and the medial and lateral longitudinal arches of foot, and to hold the heel firmly to prevent fatigue.

　タンとシャフトを縫製した後に、革切包丁でカッティング。長いことやっている作業だが、いつまで経っても緊張する。
　同じデザインのブーツを作っているのだが、毎回新たなモノを生み出す気持ちになります。

　　 　"慣れはワクワク、ドキドキする感覚を蝕み、やがて朽ちていく"

　包丁の切れ味を良くするために砥石を変えたり、ミシン針を変えたりと、ほんのちょっとした事だが、それだけで製作する心に変化をもたらしてくれます。

Jack & White Brothers is Japanese boot brand, crafted by top-level craftsmen in their respective fields of sewing, lasting and bottoming.

【LEATHER】
植物タンニン鞣し革。繊維が密でハリとコシがあります。オイルワックスをじっくりと染込ませているので、当初は硬さがありますが、次第に馴染んでいく素材です。じっくりと染込ませたオイルワックスにより、小雨程度の雨の侵入を防ぐ撥水性と、色艶と共に光沢が増していく独特なエイジングが愉しめます。
Vegetable-tanned leather. The fibers are dense . It is impregnated with oil wax thoroughly, so it has a stiffness at the beginning, but with wear, the material will gradually fit to your shape as you wear it.
Due to oil wax being impregnated thoroughly, the boots are water repellent in light rain, and also have a unique aging effect that increases the luster.
